Join us as our Lead Team Operator - AHE This position works under limited supervision and is primarily responsible for training production team members and troubleshooting/problem solving production equipment and processes. In this role you\'ll make an impact by: Leading department training activities and conducting training verification. Serving as a back-up operator as needed. Acting as a back-up department supervisor as needed. Supporting the inventory management system through the cycle counting program, production record management, and inventory management. Assisting with document control functions in the company\'s document management system by maintaining procedures, process updates, forms, and any other required documentation. Participating in departmental meetings and safety programs to ensure any changes are communicated and followed by the team. Providing coaching follow-up for performance regarding safety, quality, and productivity. Collaborating closely with Engineering and Maintenance on room design and equipment purchase/installation. Empowering employees and ensuring that standardized work processes are followed, countermeasures implemented, and the area is compliant with safety requirements to support continuous improvement.
