Our Custom Contoured Seating department in New Berlin, WI is now looking for a Customer Experience Representative. Key Tasks Dedicated Point of Contact forUS and Canada, providing daily order and technical support via email and phone. Process quotes, and seating system orders and returns for our custom TruShape product line. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Handle customer complaintsandprovide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Support production and custom design team with order questions as needed. Follow direction, procedures, andinstructions for all work assignments. Work as a team andmaintainprofessionalismat all levels in the organization. Maintain regular and predictable attendance;report to workon time. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
