Machine Operator / General Labor Manufacturing company has an opening for a Machine Operator / General Laborer. The candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks including set up, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting on assigned machines. Operate a production machine in accordance with pre-established job instructions, procedures, and guidelines in a timely manner. Making sure to inspect parts during production to meet and maintain quality specifications. ? Requires a high school diploma or equivalent ? Use a calculator ? Reliable and willing to work 40+ hours per week ? Able to follow instructions both written and verbal ? Able to Stand for 8 hours ? Able to lift 50 pounds independently ? Bend, push, pull ? Able to perform repetitive tasks ? Able to work with different materials: fiberglass, foam, rubber Positions would be temp to perm positions through Associated Career Network in New Bedford. The minimum temp period would be 6 months.
