Work Directly with CEO in addressing customer needs and services within the client portfolio in a fast-paced environment. Provide customers with up-to-date product information and answer customer questions regarding products and pricing in our Manufacturing Facility. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests. Accurate data entry and experience with Microsoft Office Suite to include word and excel.
