Description Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting four Critical Success Factors: Safety First! Financial Success. Employee Satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction. JOB SUMMARY Support all administrative duties in the office. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Position requires knowledge of office procedures, scheduling and word processing software with the demonstration level normally acquired through one-year experience providing administrative support. KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Requires strong organizational skills, continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing material as well as the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner. Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive confidential situations. Requires advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Good punctuation, spelling, and grammar skills are critical. Must maintain highly confidential and sensitive information. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Provide administrative support for office manager/project manager / manager / director. Attending meeting to record minutes and notes. Schedule and track travel. Processing of department billings, weekly timecards and invoice tracking. Track office supplies. Perform additional duties as assigned.
