SUMMARY
Manage section within division with the emphasis on improving quality, cost, delivery, productivity, safety and morale. Daily management of supervisors to ensure customer deliveries are not interrupted and quality issues are corrected.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Plans, directs, and coordinates the operations of a production department.
Develops manpower loading requirements based on production guidelines.
Sets priorities for production schedules based on new product introduction, efficiency and materials supply.
Directs the work efforts of multiple supervisors.
Makes budget recommendations on capital expenditures and labor.
Write Work Instructions / Teach to Delegate
Review and approve New Process Layouts
Schedule Molds for ECI,Repair, Follow status
Manage time sheets and Ensure Proper Pay
Lead and teach Supervisors to follow Fundamental Systems and hold accountable
Perform regular Kaizen and defect reduction activity to meet customer needs utilizing PDCA
Timely completion of documentation (daily management).
Implement & enhance 5S/2S+1Y activities
Effectively communicate one on one or group meetings with all levels of management and team members
Manage Labor Hours to Current Sales
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience is Key do not necessarily need Degree.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Minimum of 5 years of related supervisory/managerial experience
