JOB REQUIREMENTS: Senior Manager, Maintenance - R4003 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Job Functions * Implement maintenance and engineering strategies to assure operational reliability consistent with the needs of the operational facility and to ensure the maximum availability and longevity of assets. * Accountable for key Maintenance performance metrics including work order completion and machine reliability. * Support equipment feasibility studies and makes recommendations for investment; implements capital expenditure projects and is accountable for payback expectations. * Support Operations Leaders to develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence. * Execute the annual financial plan and monitors performance within planned budget. * Design, develop, and manage capital projects to enhance efficiencies, improve performance, and meet growth plans, including defining the scope of work, budget, schedule and responsibilities. * Develop and execute site\'s preventative maintenance program. * Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to implement capital investment projects to drive operational excellence. * Support key stakeholders on project design and management, supplier selection and scheduling coordination, new equipment acquisition and installation, materials acquisition, audits and process changes. * Assure compliance with Company\'s work order platform. * Assure all tasks are performed in a safe manner, and comply with all company, local, state, and federal requirements. * Provide guidance on staffing, training, employee relations and performance management to develop and enhance the salaried and hourly production team, working closely with direct reports. * Interact with key stakeholders to provide technical support and/or resolve equipment reliability issues. * Fill in when needed on any shifts due to staffing shortage, emergency or business critical events. * Willingness to go above and beyond the status quo of maintaining the department; \"lead the change for the growth and innovation.\" Equal Opportunity Employer-minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience * High school diploma required, Bachelor\'s degree desired. * Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience required. ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: https://menasha.wd12.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/MenashaCorp/job/Senior-Manager--MaintenanceR4003?redirect=%252FMenashaCorp%252Fjob%252FNeenah-Wisconsin%252FPreprint-Press-HelperR3783%252Fapply Other: Applicants ONLY to apply via URL link provided!
