MENASHA PACKAGING - PPS Manufacturing Project Manager - Capital in NEENAH, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Manufacturing Project Manager - Capital Projects - R5622 Job Functions * Manage multiple manufacturing projects simultaneously utilizing contemporary project management tools and practices from approval through hyper care. * Coordinate and influence cross-functional partners from engineering, operations, finance, HR/EHS, procurement, quality, commercial, IT, and risk management. * Develop and facilitate project plans, progress trackers, status reporting and cadences. * Manage deliverables as defined in the project\'s scope and monitor project progress and adjust as needed to meet deadlines and project goals. * Lead project meetings including scheduling and developing meeting agendas and managing meeting notes and follow-up items. * Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. * Ensure prompt and accurate communication regarding project status and deliverables is provided to project stakeholders at all levels of the organization. * Foster a collaborative and high-performance project team environment that promotes a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. * Conduct post-project evaluations and implement improvements for future projects. * Use tools to digitize and organize work (eg. Microsoft suite of tools). * Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. * Maintain industry, professional and technical knowledge by networking, attending industry events, and reviewing professional publications. * Overnight travel up to 50% of the time may be required with frequency dependent on project activities and deliverables, valid driver\'s license needed. #LI-CB1 #MPC Equal Opportunity Employer-minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience * Bachelor\'s degree required, preferably in business, operations, supply chain, communication, or related field. * At least four years\' prior project management experience required, preferably in a mid to large enterprise matrixed manufacturing organization * PMP certification or equivalent is preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities * Knowledge of project management and process improvement principles, practices, and tools * Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technology * Knowledge of and ability to identify a problem and use a disciplined approach to successfully resolve * Ability to form and maintain cross-functional relationships and lead by influence * Ability to maintain a high attention to detail while working with a sense of urgency * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team * Ability to gather, interpret and simplify large amounts of data and translate to action * Strong written, verbal, and persuasive communication and facilitation skills * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities * Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software products, including Teams, Excel, Power Point, Visio, and Word * Proficiency in project management software and tools.
