Description

This position is tasked with monitoring weather for potential hail damage, investigating damage, gaining business and overseeing the completion of services sold. In addition this position is responsible for deve loping strong relationships with customers and will act as the central point of contact between customers and operations. This position directly r eports the Dent W izard Regional R VP and is a dotted li ne to the VP of Hail Operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Relationships

  • Grow market share and increase revenue within assigned terr itory and/or accounts by executing best practices and strategic sales skills . This includes:

  • Working to gain business in response to a hail storm in coordination with local management (when available)

  • Working individually and in coordination with local ma nagers to sign up or establish new business when no hail event has yet occurred.

  • Improve existing accounts and build relationships with key personnel in targeted accounts and markets

  • Proactively identify and resolve customer needs and or problems.

  • Stay i nformed of current competitive activity.

  • Represent Dent Wizard at industry trade shows when requested.

  • Represent Dent Wizard to customers and potential customers in formal and informal sales presentations and meetings.

    Operations

  • Monitor and coordina te all hail catastrophe response in the region and assist other regions as needed.

  • Provide on-site determination of scope of damage and do estimates

  • Secure retail service facilities and coordinate insurance company claim drives.

  • Determine necessary sta ffing needs and manage all Dent Wizard personnel on site, including coordination of scheduling, training, management, and motivation.

  • Oversight and management of technicians working in assigned territory.

    Administration

  • Maintain sales/customer database.

  • M aintain supply of all sales and marketing collateral.

  • Support and adhere to Company policies and procedures, and uphold Dent Wizard’s ethical standards and commitment to operating with the highest integrity.

    Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with customers

  • Outstanding selling, customer relations and organizational skills required

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while following and implementing complex directions and best pr actices.

  • A proven track record of success in a sales role is required. Proven ability to increase revenues in existing accounts and to successfully sell into new accounts is necessary

  • Must be available and willing to travel extensively including weeken ds and holidays.

  • Experience in collision and/or catastrophe estimating is strongly preferred

  • ACE certification, I-Car training and catastrophe management experience is a plus

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Communications or directly related i ndustry experience required.

  • Credible and persuasive communicator and an active listener. Excellent presentation skills
