Description

Robert half is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to join a local and reputable organization. This position is part time and flexible (15-20 hours per week). As a key part of the office, this role offers an opportunity to support the smooth operation of daily activities while contributing to the success of the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and loves solving problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Support managers, team leads, and staff with administrative responsibilities, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

  • Prepare and process reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

  • Maintain and organize electronic and paper files, ensuring accurate record-keeping and accessibility.

  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism.

  • Assist in the coordination of events, meetings, and travel arrangements, including logistical planning.

  • Manage office supply inventory and place orders to maintain a fully stocked and functional workspace.

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and support across teams.

  • Perform other administrative tasks, as assigned, to support the needs of the office team.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint); knowledge of [specific tools/software] is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting needs with a positive attitude.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • A team player with a professional demeanor and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
