Responsibilities

  • Working with product owner to understand the requirements and design & develop them, as required.

  • Understand the software and apply the technical skills to review the critical issues escalated from L1/L2 teams and provide technical solutions.

  • Perform root cause analysis and document the findings related to the issues to prevent future occurrences.

  • Fix the bugs raised by internal QA team and collaborate with dev/QA teams on daily basis.

  • Monitor the performance of software, actively identify problems and suggest solutions.

  • Unit testing of the application to minimize the bugs leaked to QA.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in technical support or software development.

  • Must have experience in programming languages such as C#, OOPS, .NET Core, Web APIs, Angular 2+, SQL Server.

  • Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux).

  • Experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).

  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS).

  • Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.

  • Experience with debugging tools and techniques.

    Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality support.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Skills: Microservices, MongoDB/Cassandra, RabbitMQ, SignalR, Azure

    Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
