Job Description
We have an immediate opportunity for Accounts Executive in Navi Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for day-to day accounting procedures, GST, Periodic Audits and Report Managment. The knowledge of GST and SAP ERP is must for this position.
Job Responsibilities
Accounting
Processing purchase orders in SAP-blanket process for expenses booking
Booking of material/services Invoices in SAP
Creating the Vendor master in SAP-Purchase
Responsible for ordering and administering the printing and stationeries items.
Creation of Asset Code, Purchase order, GRN & Invoice Booking
GST
Preparing & Filing of GSTR-1
Reconciliation of GSTR-2A/2B with books of account
Preparing & Filing of GSTR-3B
Processing, verifying, and posting entries for GST in SAP
Responsible for maintaining the records as per GST compliances
Reporting
Preparing & Uploading Inventory Report in Hyperion Financial Management (International financial reporting software)
Reconciliation of Sales with MIS
Reconciliation of Local Purchase with MIS
Audit
Physical Verification of Stock- twice in year
Responsible to handle the statutory audit /GST audits.
Physical Verification of newly purchase fixed assets & their Tagging
Background & Skills
Graduate in Commerce
More than 3 year's experience in Accounts / Finance and related department
Well verse with MS Office, Tally & SAP ERP
