Summary You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT in the OFFICE OF THE JUDGE ADVOCATE GENERAL of RLSO SOUTHWEST SAN DIEGO CA. Responsibilities You will serve as an Administrative Assistant and perform various administrative and clerical duties in support of the command mission. You will assist with the Command Budget Program by managing the supply inventory and supply procurement process for the office. You will facilitate pay, personnel, and travel transactions for the command. You will assist with the administration of command records to include procedures for the creation, maintenance, use, and disposition of official records. You will provide information to command personnel pertaining to administrative procedures and established policies. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Current Federal Employees: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following: 1) Completing administrative tasks with strong attention to detail; 2) Applying proficient written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders; 3) Collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver a good work product; and 4) Utilizing automated systems to organize data. 30% Disabled Veterans, VRA, VEOA, ADSM, Base/Land Management, ICTAP, Military Spouse Preference, PPP, or Non-Competitive Applicants (without current or former Federal service): Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-06) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
