Naval Medical Command MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT (OA) in Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida

Summary You will serve as a in the MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT (OFFICE AUTOMATION) in the Navy Medicine Operational Training Command (NMOTC) of NAVMED OPER TRNG COMMAND. Responsibilities You will manage central repository used to capture, catalog and integrate information pertaining to all aspects of the compliance program. You will maintain the annual inspection checklist review and revision process. You will provide management assistance support with report generation and after-action tracking. You will assist with preparation, planning and coordination of medical inspector general (MEDIG) inspection visits, Assist visits and varying special program inspections. You will provide management assistance support to the research program, executive steering committee and the Director of Operations by organizing, coordinating and maintaining meeting occurrences and records. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience monitoring request for personnel actions (RPA) drop box for submissions. Experience using an automated system (e.g., management information system, TEAMS, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) to extract information. Experience assisting with clerical and administrative functions to support the needs of the organization. Experience preparing reports and maintaining documents in electronic files for easy retrieval. Experience verifying evaluations for accuracy prior to submission to BUPERS; Experience performing audit functions for command records.
