As Sr. Associate, HR Generalist you will be responsible of:

  • Delivering HR operations and services

  • Employee onboarding.

  • Exits, resignations.

  • Benefits administration.

  • Employee documentation and communication in the location/country assigned.

Requirements for this opportunity:

  • Must be bilingual; fluent (advanced) in English comprehension, speaking and writing.

  • Bachelors, or associate degree preferred.

  • 2 years of work experience in related fields

  • Knowledge of labor law

  • HR Processes experience.

  • You may need to go into a local office 3 times per week.
