The Digital Experience Enablement (DXE) team is recruiting for a Senior Analyst, Digital Insights & Analytics for our Manila, Philippines location. DXE is a team of service experience professionals who enable modern digital capabilities and provide outstanding service experiences for our customers employee, suppliers, and business stakeholders.

The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for the DXE Product Insights portfolio including the creation and management of the DXE product and content dashboards, reports and insights. The individual in this role will be responsible for the strategy, definition and execution of the digital analytics solution across all DXE products. The Sr. Analyst will lead the design and creation of Insight dashboards and support of the operational analytics. They will collaborate with DXE Product and Content managers, JJT and Business stakeholders to craft the solutions to drive data driven insights and decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and develop Product Dashboards in support of the DXE Product suite including but not limited to web portal, chat, telephony, workflow, etc. that track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring stakeholders have visibility into product health and user engagement

  • Complete data analysis & interpretation to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights to drive product optimization and strategic decision making

  • Partner with the Product and Content Managers to define the KPIs and Metrics needed to support the execution of the product roadmap and digital strategy

  • Lead run state operations and identify opportunities for improvements through the execution

  • Support the DXE operations team in maintaining and improving the DXE intake tools

  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the impact of product changes and optimize user experiences

  • Provide consultation and mentorship on best practices around usage of our digital products based on market analysis

  • Design and execute Voice of the Employee feedback sessions to acquire insights and identify areas of opportunities

  • Collaborate with SBS and GS Data Governance, Business Analytics and Reporting teams

Qualifications

Education

Minimum required education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • 2 years experience business analysis, data sciences, product user experience or equivalent experience

  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience in bringing together cross functional teams and leading execution in an agile delivery model.

  • Proficient with tools such as MS Office suite and JIRA.

  • Very organized with strong attention to detail

  • Highly self-motivated with ability to handle multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to interact across all interpersonal levels

Preferred :

  • Prior experience using Google Analytics or similar digital analytics tools

  • Experience working within Agile Methodologies

  • Ability to create clear, detailed, concise user stories, acceptance criteria and artifacts
