Contracting is responsible for the development and execution of contract strategy and execution for customers within JJMT Commercial Excellence. Contracting includes the development and delivery of Contracting Strategies (contracting options, etc.), Deal Desk (single point of contact, rapid response hub for developing pricing strategies & document hand-off), Customer Analytics (preparation of customer-ready analytics and materials for the field to support customer updates and negotiations), Contract Management (Contract execution, loading, and tracking compliance), and CPC governance (rules and processes for approving deal exceptions). The Contracting group works in close collaboration with the field to put together the most appropriate offering (products, pricing, solutions, and T&Cs) for the customer while supporting the JJMT business strategies.
The Audit Analyst will work with Contracting Analysts, Contract Management Leadership, Price Resolution, and other business partners to analyze drafted and executed contracts and correlating data to identify any discrepancies/inaccuracies daily. The Audit Analyst will take ownership and manage reviewing assigned contracts for accuracy and adherence to all Health Care Compliance (HCC) regulations and Contract Management SOPs while driving best practices & consistency across Contract Management. The Audit Analyst acts as an agent of change while connecting with the CM to challenge & drive resolution through compliance results.
Responsibilities
Produce and management of system reports used in the Self Monitoring & Auditing Process (SMAP).
Build rapport and partner with Contracting, Global Services, and other business partners to research contract discrepancies.
Develop/manage metrics for Senior Management oversight.
Escalate as appropriate and ensure adherence to processes in place to handle exceptions.
Support overflow work for all Pricing Resolution Team members.
Support SOX compliance processes as needed.
Assist with coordination of annual update of Contract Management SOPs and WIs
Ad hoc support for Analysts and Management, including preparing reports, work instruction draft/test
Identifying and implementing process and system improvements
Other project related work as needed
