Regulatory Specialist, Global Regulatory Strategic Compliance (GRSC)

The position is a global role partnering with colleagues situated in various regions and sites.

The position requires a highly motivated candidate possessing sufficient regulatory experience, who can effectively lead & support processes and innovation projects.

This position reports into a Senior Manager Regulatory Affairs and is based at Paranaque, Philippines.

What You Will Do

Principal Responsibilities:

Support and Collaboration

  • Provide support to Senior Manager, GRSC as delegated or needed within areas of responsibility.

  • Handle other job scopes as required to drive and support Kenvue consumer business.

Change Management

  • Clear functional accountability in change triage and management.

  • Oversee change control and act as the global functional change control resource.

Process Harmonization

  • Drive global process harmonization (e.g., CMC, R&R, and Ownership).

Coordination and Activation

  • Maintain and improve the Global RC Coordinator List.

  • Oversee regional activation to align with the overall global approach (e.g., EMEA RAN).

  • Serve as the APAC Regional RC Coordinator.

Cross-Functional Representation

  • Represent the function in global cross-functional forums (e.g., Clarify RA R&R, Design & Build of EtQ NxG - Shift to Role-based vs. location-based access).

Regulatory Database Management

  • Manage and utilize the Regulatory Database (RegPoint) as a functional resource.

  • Act as the regional liaison between APAC RA and the Global RegPoint Admin team.

  • Guide local RA in the upkeep of RegPoint records.

Dashboard Contribution

  • Contribute to the creation of the GRA dashboard.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

The candidate is required to interact with global, regional, and local market colleagues to accomplish the plans within responsibility.

The candidate will also be responsible for compliance metrics within scope.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any science field (Pharmacy, Biochemistry etc.)

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a regulatory affair or change management role.

  • Experience in global regulatory processes and standards.

  • Proven track record in supporting senior management.

  • Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.

  • Experience in managing and improving regulatory coordination processes.

  • Excellent liaison skills between regional and global teams.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and the ability to manage compliance metrics within scope.

  • Experience in setting, monitoring, and reporting compliance metrics to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and support process and innovation projects.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and the ability to manage compliance metrics within scope.
