Change Enablement Leader
This position reports into Global Head of People Solutions Operational Excellence and is based at Parañaque, Philippines
The Change Enablement Leader is responsible for designing and delivering Change enablement and comunications strategy, tools & methodologies, embedding creative & agile change & communications approach: design, content creation, channels and translations through partners. A critical aspect of this role is ensuring that our stakeholders, partners, customers (Kenvuers) are well engaged on the change journey & facilitates successful adoption through tailored change & communications strategy & approach.

What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities
Deploy change management framework & strategy, apply a structured methodology, and support change management activities in the People Solutions/Human Resources organization.
Act as Subject Matter Expert in change management
Support communication and change management efforts on transition & transformation, program management, process change etc as it relates to People Solutions.
Responsible for the deployment of communications strategy, including development of ongoing communications tools and vendor engagement as needed to support the deployment
Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications for the People Solutions function. This includes but not limited Annual Enrolement, Operations updates & announcement
Provide oversight over all change management-related activities including:
Preparing for change: perform current state assessment, define change management plan, create change management team, identify, and manage sponsor and stakeholders.
Managing change: Develop and implement change management plans that include communication, sponsoring, training, coaching, and resistance management plans.
Reinforcing and sustaining change: Collect and analyze feedback, diagnose risks and gaps, manage resistance to change, implement corrective actions, and celebrate change success.
Track progress for the change initiatives and report issues.
Manage and promote the use of Change Management and Communications frameworks and processes and leverage Change & Communication network internally & externally.
Collaborate with and maintain appropriate networks internally and externally to maximize engagements and ensure One Voice and value in a consistent way across regions.
Support and engage leaders, driving sponsorship, change management capabilities, and change leadership.
Coach People Solutions members in driving change and building change management capabilities.
Consult and coach project teams to drive high performance and strong change management capabilities.
Assess needs and execute plans to continually mature and expand the change management skills and capabilities in the organization/function.
Actively share our change management ways of working within and outside People Solutions
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, communications. Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development / Change.
Experience supporting finance technology/system deployments or large transformation programs for global, matrixed complex organizations.
Desired Qualifications:
- 5 years of progressive change and communications management experience
Thorough understanding of Change Management principles, delivery methodologies and tools to delivery successful Change programs; PROSCI certified practitioner
Proven results in performing business readiness activities, including stakeholder management and communication planning and delivery
Excellent partnering skills in implementing change 7 communications
Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
Excellent listening skills
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences, channels and techniques
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
Forward looking with a holistic approach
Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
Problem solving and root cause identification skills
Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Experience with large transformations and process change efforts
Experience in leading team interventions is an advantage
