United Mississippi Bank Customer Service Representative/Teller in Natchez, Mississippi
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
Open/Maintenance new accounts. Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representatives knowledge, forward to the
assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
Review documentation for accuracy and communicate with various staff regarding maintenance on accounts.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Perform non-cash teller transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Preferred 2 years experience in a banking/finance related capacity.
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach to work.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Ability to communicate with and work in conjunction with all departments of the bank.
Experience in Customer Service.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience with Deposit documents.
Experience with New Account documents.
Experience with UMB's deposit software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task efficiently and pay attention to detail. Work well with others in an open air department setting.
Positive team oriented attitude with flexibility to adjust to changes as they arise.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
