We are offering an exciting opportunity for a User Experience & User Interface Designer in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is primarily involved in the technology industry, with a focus on mobile UI/UX design. You will be responsible for creating intuitive solutions that enhance our customers' experience with our products. The role requires a strategic approach to UX design and a strong capability to transform insights into innovative products.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy

• Conduct detailed user experience research and integrate findings into design solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into product enhancements

• Use Figma or Adobe Creative Suite to design and prototype solutions

• Develop a deep understanding of CSS Design Systems and create them from scratch

• Use user testing tools to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of designs

• Create high-quality UX research and map solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, and storyboards

• Have a strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography to create visually appealing designs

• Prototype and test design solutions to ensure they meet customer needs

• Develop mobile app designs with a strong focus on user experience.

Requirements • Must hold a minimum of 7 years of experience in User Experience Design, specifically in UX | UI | Figma | Mobile.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD is necessary.

• Experience with Android Development and AB Testing is a must.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology is required.

• Must demonstrate a strong understanding of Brand Awareness and CSS.

• Proficient in Figma, UI UX and Design, and User Experience Research (UX Research).

• Expertise in UX strategy, UX/UI Design, Mobile App, and Mobile App Development is essential.

• Solid experience in developing Prototypes using Prototyping Tools and Prototype systems.

• Should have a strong grasp of Typography and Color Theory.

• Knowledge of CSS - Cascade Styling Sheets, and ability to Create Wireframes and Detailed Wireframes is required.

• Familiarity with Graphic Design, Visual Design, and Visual design stages is necessary.

• Proven experience in Customer Journey Mapping, Mapping Tools, and Mapping Software.

• Skilled in creating Flow Diagrams and Storyboarding. Innovation starts with people.®
