Job Summary and Qualifications

As Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between large-scale business problems and data, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of data solutions that align with business objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and clarify business problems and translate them into data-driven solutions

• Analyze and evaluate existing data and processes to identify areas for improvement

• Develop and implement solutions that meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency

• Manage and prioritize projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to business users on use of existing and new data solutions, both BI and reporting

• Conduct thorough business analysis and requirements gathering sessions

• Create detailed functional specifications and technical documentation

• Design and develop prototypes and mockups

• Test and validate solutions to ensure they meet business expectations

• Monitor and evaluate query and visualization performance, identifying and resolving any issues

• Train and support users on new systems and processes

• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelors Degree in business administration, data analytics, information systems or a related field; MBA is a plus

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Data Analyst

• Experience with HR data a plus

• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a technical environment

• Google, Microsoft analytics certificates/trainings a plus
