Solution Management, Go To Market – Patient Communications Overview of Position

Change Healthcare’s Communications business has an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead the strategy and execution of our Provider to Patient communication solution line. The role is accountable for the growth of the business which includes developing and executing solution strategy and go to market plans to launch winning solutions in targeted markets and segments.
Candidates should have a proven track record of increased responsibility and leadership working in revenue cycle management or patient healthcare communication technology organizations. Further, candidates will have demonstrated success developing and enhancing partnerships among clients and across functional groups, strong analytical and modeling experience, problem-solving capabilities, innovative thinking and strong communication skills. This is a remote/telecommuter position.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Work across functions, aligning and organizing the business for successful growth of our Provider communication solution line
Develop and execute a rolling three-year strategic solution plan for the Provider market
Continuous analysis of market segments and sub segments, identification of key and emerging competitors and competitive threats to inform and drive growth planning
Identify key integration points across Change Healthcare solutions, linking strategy and shared business plans to maximize value
Work with Product Management to set the horizon 1, 2 and 3 roadmap based on growth initiatives of the solution set
Envision and deliver focused, data-driven market strategies
Develop supporting business cases, requirements, formal ROI and plan
Gain alignment for the strategic business plan across the organization
Deliver successful solution launches and repeatable go to market processes
Lead and provide overall direction and guidance to cross-functional teams in order to achieve project goals and time-bound deliverables
Promote and support adoption of repeatable GTM processes delivering best in class results
Example go to market responsibilities include but are not limited to working with SMEs to: develop pricing models, marketing message and positioning, sales training, operational readiness, etc.
Lead by example and encourages innovation and growth mindsets positively influencing the outcomes of cross functional deliverables
Actively engage in industry groups to learn and position Change Healthcare as a market leader and innovator
Collaborate with and form deep relationships across the organization, particularly with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations
What are the requirements needed for this position?
5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle, patient experience, or healthcare communications market experience
3+ years of new product/service go to market experience to include experience in: pricing strategies, sales training, operational readiness & contract reviews
Strategic thinking: capable of providing clear, balanced advice/counsel on a broad range of strategic and complex management, product and go to market issues
Excellent business acumen, executive presence, and verbal and written communications skills
Strong critical and analytical thinking
Understanding of data concepts and application to business solutions
Strong teamwork skills
Ability to work on and track multiple projects, driving ideas from concept to completion through superior organizational and project management skills
Ability to navigate and work across multiple constituents to develop, communicate, and support a company’s short-term and long-term business objectives
Strong execution orientation, with a drive to deliver tangible results, with a high degree of analytical ability.
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration or related field or 8+ years of relevant work experience
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
Strategy, product or omni channel communication experience preferred
Experience working with channel partners preferred

How much should I expect to travel?
Post COVID the travel for this role should be no more than 20%. Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.
