Job Summary and Qualifications
The Senior Purchased Services Analyst is responsible for supporting the Purchased Services Strategic Sourcing team (AVP, Contract Director, Contract Managers and Contract Analysts). He/she will be responsible for reviewing and completing integrated assessments of both financial and contractual terms associated with member specific agreements. He/she will support member specific sourcing projects providing all required analytics. This involves the review of multiple member agreements within a category to collect and establish both financial and contractual baselines for members across a given project. Additional responsibilities include; the completion of requested financial analyses required for the completion of successful sourcing events resulting in contract utilization that provides members with high quality services and cost savings.
What you will do in this role:
Collaborate with Contract Director and Contract Managers to complete requested analyses per their specific needs
Prepare, review and audit all baseline spend reports and savings analyses prior to final submission to members and/or leadership, submit discrepancies to project leads
Maintains external member team rooms managing all input working closely with member PS lead
Maintain Member Portal – Purchased Services page, updates documents, etc.
Maintain database of vendor service categorization ensuring accuracy
In coordination with Directors and Managers, prepare and lead member monthly project dashboard calls, prepare minutes and coordinate updates with project leads, take role, provide action items after each call, provide updates as needed, follow-up for completion
For each project, review member contracts, spend and volume and prepare and update member project workbooks with this information
Prepare and manage contract project tracker for all member projects. Track and monitor contract implementations, utilization and pricing throughout the member’s contract term
Prepare contract amendments, extensions and purchase specific agreements under direction of project lead
Support Directors and Managers with customer service follow-up, resolution, etc.
Performs other duties as assigned.

What qualifications you will need:
College Graduate – Bachelor, required
3 Years Healthcare Contracting Experience, required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), required
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), required
Strong analytical and negotiation skills, required
Excellent presentation skills, required
