We're looking for an outstanding Engineering Program Manager III, someone who innovates, loves solving hard problems, and never takes “no” for an answer. You will work hard, have fun, and of course, make history!
The primary role of the WW Innovation and Design Engineering PM team is to drive new and next generation design and development projects from the early investigative / inception phases through the architectural design phase, then hand those projects off to the Operations Engineering team for implementation, and finally to monitor the progress made by down-stream integration teams.
A successful candidate will have broad experience and deep skills program managing complex, never-been-done-before projects which include a high degree of ambiguity. He/She will have demonstrated the ability to work successfully across multiple large engineering and operations teams at a strategic level and at an operations integration level.
Key job responsibilities
Identify, promote, and coordinate efforts to obtain approval for new, strategic initiatives and programs.
In line with WWDE PDP, lead next generation design projects chartered to exploit findings obtained from strategic initiatives.
Cross-pollinate best practices between engineering and operations teams.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
3+ years of defining and executing against program timeline & requirements experience
3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
3+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
3+ years of change management experience
3+ years of working with external suppliers experience
Experience in large scale logistic / material handing system projects
