Your Responsibilities:
Take charge of leading, developing, and motivating a team of sales professionals to drive exceptional sales results and surpass targets
Supervise day-to-day activities, such as inventory management and financial reporting
Create and execute successful initiatives to boost regional sales
Ensure an exceptional five-star customer experience
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven leadership and team management skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
Holds a valid driver's license and has access to reliable transportation
