Description
Rural and Super Rural (RSR) Operations Integration (OI) is looking for a Change Manager who will support the execution and change implementation for the RSR business. This role requires change management knowledge, executing change management and communication plans, coordinating and driving field adoption, and communicating directly to senior leaders and project managers on change status, risk, and communication plan changes.
Key job responsibilities
Change Implementation Manager
• Execute approved change management plans; host office hours, convert SOPs to RSR START format, guide stakeholders to established resources.
• Manage change tools and resources (intake forms, change calendars, team wikis) and track and communicate change adoption metrics results to senior leaders.
• Serve as RSR OI subject matter expert on change management plan creation and execution.
• Provide support and consultation to all RSR leaders, program managers, and partner teams on a variety of change sizes (small, medium, large) and types (standard work/process, policy, system, metric/reporting, program launches and enhancements).
• Anticipate risks, develop and implement strategies to minimize disruption to the business.
Stakeholder Management
• Build and manage relationships with RSR leaders and project managers and provide change management and communication counsel to stakeholders.
• Earn trust and gain “buy-in” and advocacy from senior leadership to support changes and influence without authority.
• Build relationships with key internal stakeholders across a range of businesses and geographies.
Business Acumen
• Leverage understanding of business line nuances and their employees to help prepare, manage, and sustain changes.
• Understand core business objectives, who customers are, and how metrics impact the services that are provided.

Rural and Super Rural Operations Integration (RSR OI) is a team focused on serving the needs of our operations teams, fostering a positive and empowering environment which allows them not only to execute day in and day out but also makes them feel included in the direction of the program. In the change management space, we are committed to providing visibility into upcoming changes, opportunity to provide feedback and be involved in program creation as well as add value to all leaders within RSR, including our program management teams and all support teams.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
