Job Title: Production Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking experienced and skilled Production Machine Operators to join our team. In this role, you will operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production processes. You will be responsible for setting up machines according to specifications, performing routine maintenance, and inspecting finished products for quality. Additionally, you will troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient processes.

  • Set up machines according to specifications.

  • Perform routine maintenance on machines.

  • Inspect finished products for quality.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and manuals.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in quality checking, production, and machine operation.

  • Ability to perform machine setups and troubleshooting.

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and manuals.

  • Mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools or power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience as a Machine Operator, Production Worker, or Setup Operator.

Work Environment

You will be working in a production facility with state-of-the-art machinery and equipment. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The work schedule may include shifts and requires flexibility to meet production demands. Appropriate attire and personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
