Job Summary and Qualifications
The Nursing Technologies ITG team supports applications used by nurses, providers, and other clinicians to provide patient care. This includes supporting applications such as Mobile Heartbeat, Welch Allyn Intermittent Vital Devices, Virtual Care, Nurse Call, and Care Team Assignment integrations, among others.
The primary responsibility of this role is the deployment and support of virtual care technology at HCA facilities. This includes product management, delivery of devices for projects and acquisitions, testing updates and new functionalities, working with customers to resolve issues, and providing project support. Job responsibilities also include organizing and leading calls, creating and presenting documents, and managing project plans and associated deliverables.
Due to the nature and frequency of interactions with other teams, strong interpersonal skills—both verbal and written—are essential for success in this position.
Product Management
Develop and maintain updated product documentation, user documentation and manuals, training material, and/or job aids
Grow in understanding and knowledge of product utilization
Test product updates and new functionality
Operational Support
Participate in divestiture and acquisition projects
Participate in incident management and resolution
Contribute to Knowledge base, and Confluence documentation Participate in the On-Call schedule balanced evenly within the team
Project Support
Test product updates and new functionality
Support project teams as a product subject matter expert, providing knowledge of product function and capability
Support end user training and deployments
Performs other duties as assigned

What qualifications you will need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
One or more years in a hospital or healthcare setting
One or more years in clinical informatics
