Your Role The QA/Software Tester collaborates with Quality Assurance, Product Management, and Product Development to plan and execute quality assurance activities throughout the software development life cycle. The individual is primarily responsible for driving the quality of the application while ensuring the application conforms to both functional and nonfunctional requirements. In addition, they will apply proven analytical and problem solving skills to help validate processes through careful testing in order to maximize the benefit of business investments in initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

*5 years of IT experience *Minimum of 2 years of experience performing software testing or related functions within a structured software development cycle *Minimum of 2 plus years experience Performance Testing (Load Runner etc.)

Work location is Chattanooga, TN

Preferred Skill Requirements • Experience with test automation tools * Performance Testing experience (must have) • Setting up test environments and analysis of the test results • Lead test efforts • Great team player and able to work independently
