We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Business Management (OBM) Engineer to join our team. The OBM Engineer will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle Business Management systems, ensuring they run efficiently and meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Business Management solutions and a strong understanding of enterprise applications and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

OBM System Implementation & Configuration:

Design, configure, and implement Oracle Business Management solutions based on business requirements and best practices.

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, assess needs, and translate them into functional system configurations.

Perform initial setup, integration, and testing of OBM solutions, ensuring the proper alignment with business processes.

System Maintenance & Optimization:

Regularly monitor the health and performance of the OBM system, ensuring optimal performance and quick resolution of issues.

Conduct routine maintenance, updates, and patches to keep the OBM system current, secure, and reliable.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OBM modules and integrations with other systems.

Integration with Other Systems:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OBM solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, CRM, third-party applications).

Ensure smooth data flow and functionality between OBM and integrated systems, minimizing system downtime.

Customization and Development:

Customize OBM solutions to meet specific business needs, ensuring flexibility and scalability of the system.

Develop custom reports, workflows, and user interfaces within OBM based on business requirements.

Implement business logic and automation within the system to improve process efficiency.

Data Management & Reporting:

Work with business analysts to design and generate custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights from OBM data.

Manage data integrity and accuracy, ensuring that all business data is properly captured, stored, and accessible within the OBM platform.

User Support and Training:

Provide ongoing support to end users, helping them navigate the OBM system and resolve any issues or challenges.

Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to ensure the effective use of OBM solutions across the organization.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:

Collaborate with the IT team, business stakeholders, and other departments to continuously improve OBM functionality and business processes.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Business Management technologies and updates, proactively identifying opportunities for system enhancements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 + years of work experienece OBM (Oracle Business Management)

  • HS Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Business Management solutions and a strong understanding of enterprise applications and database management

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
