Meta Net Zero Program Manager, Scaled Supplier Engagement in Nashville, Tennessee

Summary:

Meta is hiring a Net Zero Program Manager on the Net Zero Scaled Supplier Engagement team. This position will own, manage and drive data insights from supplier emissions and engagement data to support Meta’s value chain reduction by 2030.

Required Skills:

Net Zero Program Manager, Scaled Supplier Engagement Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with Net Zero & Sustainability, product management, data science, data engineering, sourcing (procurement), and other cross-functional teams on Net Zero supplier engagement data and analytics.

  2. Own end-to-end data ingestion and management of supplier emissions data and climate-related information.

  3. Engage with key external bodies and their tooling, such as the Climate Disclosure Project (CDP), to incorporate industry standard reporting into program database.

  4. Deliver strategic insights to the Net Zero team and cross-functional stakeholders based on expertise of supplier emissions and program data.

  5. Design and deliver dashboards and reporting to support Net Zero and key cross-functional stakeholder needs, including tracking program goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), supplier engagement progress.

  6. Actively drive program requirements in Net Zero-wide and enterprise-wide tooling initiatives.

  7. Contribute to internal and external reporting and communications on program progress.

  8. Represent Meta externally, as needed.

  9. Ability to travel (5%).

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Undergraduate degree in computer science, social sciences, physical sciences, math, engineering, statistics, and/or sustainability focused degree.

  2. 6+ years of related experience in fields related to sustainability.

  3. Experience with CDP Supply Chain.

  4. Knowledge of the Science Based Target Setting Initiative (SBTi) and supplier engagement guidance.

  5. Experience with GHG accounting concepts, standards (the GHG Protocol), and tools.

  6. Experience working with supplier GHG data and life cycle assessments.

  7. Experience with data analysis, visualization and interpretation skills, with demonstrated experience to self-manage complex program delivery.

  8. Experience in communication, presenting data and analytics insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

  9. Project management skills with demonstrated experience to self-manage complex delivery in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

  10. Experience to scale initiatives that accelerate scope 3 GHG emissions reduction with stakeholders and suppliers.

  11. Experience to diplomatically resolve issues through understanding conflicting inputs, achieving alignment, and proposing go-forward solutions.

  12. Demonstrated experience and flexibility to learn and work on projects.

  13. Understanding of Meta’s products and services.

  1. Experience with electronics and technology supply chains, including understanding of raw materials and manufacturing processes.

  2. Master’s degree in related field, strongly preferred

Public Compensation:

$116,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
