The Role
The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the marketing technology infrastructure, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns and core product content. The ideal candidate would be considered a subject matter expert in marketing fundamentals and have experience in driving change through strategic process implementation. They will act as the day-to-day owner of our marketing project management tool (Workfront), helping define the end-to-end campaign management workflow, while working directly with our creative, content and product marketing teams and agencies to ensure campaigns are developed and deployed on time. They should be grounded in data driven decision making, marketing resource management, implementation strategy, continuous improvement and process optimization. The candidate will spearhead Workfront enablement and support streamlining our marketing operations through the effective use of Workfront, development of marketing operations reporting to drive the adoption of new processes and tools across our organization. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that our marketing team and partners embrace and effectively utilize new solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of our content, creative and product marketing team, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Act as the central hub for project-related information, ensuring all teams have access to updated timelines, progress reports, and deliverables.
Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency within our marketing processes. Support marketing functions with actionable insights and recommendations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the marketing operations framework. Develop and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Oversee and manage budgets for responsible channels, ensuring all expenditures are within allocated funds and deliver maximum ROI.

Summary Pay Range:
$144,960.00 - $217,320.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
