Job Summary and Qualifications
As the Manager of Digital Human Resources Transformation and Innovation, you will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of HR processes and systems. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative HR technology solutions that enhance the employee experience, streamline operations, and support strategic business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital HR transformation roadmap aligned with business goals.
Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new HR technologies and platforms.
Manage and optimize existing HR systems, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity.
Foster a culture of innovation within the HR team, exploring and piloting emerging technologies.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital HR and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Conduct needs assessments to identify opportunities for digital transformation within HR.
Develop business cases and secure buy-in for proposed technology investments.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
Design and deliver training programs to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital HR initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR systems.
What qualifications you will need:
7+ years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on technology and innovation.
Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
Professional certifications in HR technology (e.g., HRIP, SPHR) are a plus
Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and performance management systems.
Experience leading and managing complex technology implementations.
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
