Job Summary and Qualifications

Legal assistant supporting litigation counsel with focus on attention to detail and strong communication skills.

What you will do:

• Performs secretarial duties that require knowledge of legal process, procedures and terminology

• Prepares documents and correspondence such as letters, electronic transmittals and scheduling correspondence

• Prepare document comparisons (i.e. redlines) and analyze distinctions

• Advanced familiarity with PowerPoint and the ability to create appealing presentations

• Proficient in Word, Outlook and WebEx

• Maintains files and calendars, schedules appointments, schedules meetings, and makes travel arrangements and submits expenses related to the same

• Willingness to learn and become proficient in company-utilized computer systems and programs

• Strong organization and communication skills and works collaboratively with colleagues

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 5+ years of relevant work experience required
