Job Description
We are looking for a Learning Analyst to manage and enhance the LMS while leveraging data analytics to transform our learning programs into strategic assets. The Learning Analyst will ensure the LMS experience is not only optimal for users but also drives our overall learning strategy towards excellence. This position will be full-time and remote.

What You’ll Do
Deliver technical support and guidance to LMS users, promptly resolving issues to maintain a high-quality learning environment
Lead the administration and continuous improvement of the LMS, guaranteeing high functionality, user accessibility, and efficient course implementation
Foster close collaboration with instructional designers, Learning and development specialists to ensure the LMS content is compatible with the current configuration
Track and analyze LMS performance metrics, including usage patterns, course completions, and user engagement, to inform learning strategies and decisions
Perform comprehensive learning analytics to discover trends and identify areas of opportunity to elevate the learning experience
Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports that offer actionable insights into learning activities, outcomes, and the overall impact of training programs
Engage with stakeholders across the organization to understand diverse learning needs
Implement and manage a post learning program assessment process within the LMS to assesses the effectiveness of custom CAI learning programs
Stay at the forefront of emerging trends and best practices in learning technologies, analytics, and data management to ensure our approach remains cutting-edge
Uphold industry standards and regulations, emphasizing confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive data
What You'll Need
Required:
Minimum of 3 years in a role focused on LMS administration and learning analytics
Bachelor’s degree in education, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Educational Technology, or on the job training in a related field
Expertise in various LMS platforms, with a comprehensive understanding of their capabilities
Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, with a proven track record of utilizing data to drive educational strategies
Proficient in data visualization techniques and platforms. Knowledge of PowerBI a plus
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for thinking strategically and analytically
Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of juggling multiple projects with precision
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, comfortable engaging with all organizational levels
Deep commitment to ethical data management, confidentiality, and discretion
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
