Insight Global Five9 IVR Engineer in Nashville, Tennessee
Job Description
A client in the Nashville area is looking for a Five9 IVR Engineer to work remotely on a 3-month contract. This person will be responsible for helping to clean up a lot of technical debt they have acquired over the years. The environment currently has about 108 IVRs and roughly 70 are test IVR that need to be removed, and roughly 25 that need to be validated. Additionally, this person will be helping to move and clean up their web domain, along with IVR rebuilds, and system upgrades. This person will be working closely with the lead on this project, so strong communication and collaboration is required

Skills and Requirements
2 years' experience with Five9 development with IVRs
Ability to move quickly autonomously and collaboratively
Strong written and verbal communication Campaign management experience
Release management experience
Bachelor's Degree null
