You are:

As talented manager, you’re the perfect person to help Finance executives address some of the top challenges faced today such as the designing and implementing the Finance operating model and workforce of the Future, fostering business partnering, and enabling intelligent finance. You can interact effectively with client executives, vendors and third-party providers. You’re a creative and analytical person who enjoys solving complex problems.

The work:

  • Shapes and articulate the shared services and/or advanced business services strategy, value proposition and business case to the C-suite level to include COO, CFO, CHRO, CPO, etc.

  • Drives the new operating model design based on corporate strategic priorities; determine the right approach of developing the model from a zero base or through targeted optimization (as-is versus to-be analysis)

  • Designs service delivery model components including governance, service management, service level agreements, and chargeback models

  • Helps clients evaluate sourcing and location alternatives for their service delivery model

  • Creates operating model transition plans and leads transition activities

  • Creates and delivers on the program business case

  • Develops and maintains contact with senior clients, organizes and leads proposal pursuit teams, participating and leading all aspects of the proposal development process

  • Manages engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, manage account receivables, define deliverable content, ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client

  • Maintains an understanding of finance and operating model trends and advancements in technology and innovations which are happening across digital, analytics, and the CFO ecosystem

  • Manages teams of diverse backgrounds, skill sets and technical/functional knowledge. Encourages creative and innovative thinking from team members while helping them to bring their ideas and career plans to fruition

  • For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

    Here’s what you need:

  • 5 years working of finance and management consulting experience

  • 5 years of combined finance and strategic consulting experience. Experience must include significant project management as well as business, practice, and people development

  • Bachelor’s degree

    Bonus points if:

  • Experience with Strategic Cost Reduction or Zero-Based solutions, and/or a Corporate Function in a strategic planning and performance capacity.

  • Shared Services/Business Services design or outsourcing/operations management 

  • Prior sales experience developing responses to client proposals and participating in sales presentations to clients

  • Experience leading projects and large-scale transformation programs

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
