We are looking for a Data Analytics Engineer to join our client’s team where you will tackle highly complex and interesting data challenges on a daily basis. From building pipelines and data marts, to performing critical strategic analysis.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $75 - $80 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
Partner closely with stakeholders to understand their most complex problems, utilizing data to devise effective insights and architectural solutions
Lead optimizations in go-to-market processes, ensuring data models integrate new product launches efficiently
Foster a self-service data culture by creating user-friendly tools and dashboards, and empowering business users through training
Regularly update stakeholders, teammates, and management on project progress, risks, and completions.
Experience Requirements:
ABOUT YOU
Data Modeling Expert: You have extensive experience working with large datasets in high-volume, fast-paced consumer businesses, and are adept at building data models preferably using DBT but Snowflake or Airflow would work
Technically Savvy: An expert in SQL and Python, you excel in using tools such as Mode and PowerBI to uncover deep analytical insights
Critical Thinker: You thrive at transforming complexity into clarity, harnessing data to drive strategic decisions
Exceptional Communicator: Skilled at conveying complex ideas in a relatable way, you facilitate understanding across diverse audiences
·Strong Business Acumen: Prefer Data Analytics Engineer who have familiarity with accounting concepts, SOX, and ITGCs, but not required
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
7-10 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering
Strong experience with SQL for data modeling NOT just SQL queries for dashboards
Data Modeling
Comfortable using: GitHub, Jira, Excel, Snowflake, DBT, Airflow

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
