Infopro Digital Customer Support Specialist in Nashville, Tennessee
Infopro Digital group are recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist on a permanent basis to join its Haynes Automotive brand based out of our Nashville offices.

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our customers. This includes answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also work closely with other teams within the company, such as Sales and Product Development, to provide feedback and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Key responsibilities include:
Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate information
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and complaints
Coordinating with other departments to resolve complex customer problems
Providing product information and assisting with product recommendations
Maintaining customer records and updating customer information in the database
Collaborating with the Sales team to identify and pursue up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
Contributing to knowledge base and sharing best practices with the team
Requirements
Prior experience in customer support or a related role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints and conflicts
Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
