Role Definition

  • Evaluates commercial loan requests by reviewing applications for completeness and then managing the input of information timely in order to approve or deny loan applications.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews the credit application data, credit request for reinstatement, credit limit increase request and confirms customer is active with the Secretary of State and clears the customer through Bridger Insight.

  • Consults with customers to verify financial and credit transactions; responds to customer inquiries and resolves customer complaints.

  • Participates in accomplishment of continuous improvement objectives for the team. Progress toward accomplishment of these is measured through maintenance of necessary measurements and analysis of associated data. Participates in the identification of problem areas and development of resolutions to address them.

  • Prepares financial data to allow analysts to determine customers' risk profile for commercial loans.
