Philips Commercialization Project Manager in Nashville, Tennessee
In this role, you will be accountable for execution of operational milestones in support of new product launches, old product phase outs, and line extensions, including production scheduling, first time builds and cycle times, in accordance with retailer On Time In Full Customer Requirements.
In this role you will be responsible for:
In your role you will lead Product Launches, Product Commercialization, line extensions, and Phase Outs through life cycle management of Mother and Childcare Business. Working closely with the Business partners, Product Development Launch & Maintenance (PDLM), New Product Introduction Project Managers (NPIPMs), Life Cycle Management Project Managers (LCMPMs), Marketing, Planning, Engineering, Master Data, Sales, and external partners to ensure on time and in full product delivery requirements of our customers while also satisfying quality, inventory management, and cost targets for end-of-life products.
The teams will consist of Marketing Regional Business Leads/Teams, Sales and Operations Leads, Supply Chain Demand and Supply Planning, Engineering, Master Data, Business Upstream R&D PMs, External Vendors, Design Teams, Finance, Order Desk, Procurement etc.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional Subject Matter Experts to deliver Launches and Commercialize products for our customers. You will have the opportunity to be coached and trained as Project PMs. You will be working hybrid with limited travel (10%)
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 5+ years of Project Management, Marketing, or Product Life Cycle Management experience
PMP certification a Strong Plus
ERP System experience required (SAP proficiency a Strong Plus)
Knowledge of Windchill & Blue Yonder systems a strong plus
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point required
Advance knowledge of E2E Supply Chain Management Concepts required
Good cross-functional and team management skills required
Strong Project Management skills required
Experience and familiarity with Manufacturing and Product Lifecycle Concepts
Experience and familiarity with Marketing Innovation cycle and timelines
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
You have at least a Bachelor’s degree (MBA or Masters Preferred)
You possess the following:
Ability to organize and prioritize work, and to meet deadlines
Demonstrated success in working within cross-organizational teams
Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and negotiating skills
