Responsibilities
We are currently seeking candidates for a Warehouse Associate position at our Nashville, TN Branch. An ideal candidate would have FORKLIFT experience (not a forklift-only position), the ability to work Monday-Friday, typically from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (must be available & willing to work overtime).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensure all goods are in excellent condition
· Ensure all paperwork is filled out and processed properly.
· Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse
· Ensure Safety Protocols and Procedures are followed and maintain safe storage in all racking.
· Monitor and report any missing or lost inventory to management
· Properly pull, stage, pack and load outgoing deliveries and transfers, ensuring product is not damaged in the process.
· Load and secure trucks by DOT and Conklin Metal Standards, ensuring safe transportation of goods that does not damage product.
· Organize and sort items on shelving, bins, and overhangs according to company standards
· Maintain a clean and well-organized warehouse and workplace.
