Delaware North Human Resources Manager, Gate City Casino and Sheraton Nashua in Nashua, New Hampshire

The Opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is searching for a Human Resources Manager to join our Human Resource team at Gate City Casino and the Sheraton Nashua in Nashua, New Hampshire. As an Human Resource Manager, you will oversee team member onboarding, training, compliance, and employee relations, and be an important partner for your local and enterprise HR team. The Human Resources Manager will be required to be fully on site and work between both locations.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $73400 - $99100 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams to attract, hire, and onboard new team members.

  • Be a bridge between your local and wider HR team; advocate for consistent best practices and share knowledge unique to your location.

  • Develop and deliver training to new and existing team members, ensure they have a thorough understanding of their job functions, policies, procedures, and opportunities for growth.

  • Handle employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and complaint resolution.

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

  • Human Resource Manager will support both Gate City and the Sheraton Nashua, splitting time between the two properties.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field preferred; PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.

  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience as an HR Generalist and minimum (1) year in an HR leadership role required.

  • Previous expereince in hospitality or gaming withing HR is preferred.

  • Previous experience using iCIMS, Workday, or similar HRIS system.

  • Ability to provide leadership and guidance to department leaders.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

  • Must be able to work independently.

Evenings as needed
