Main responsibilities:

プロダクトポートフォリオマネジメントはエスエス製薬の成田工場に所属しており、医薬品製造における新製品の導入・製造所変更に伴う技術移管・安定生産の維持・品質向上やコスト削減を実現するための施策を管轄しています。

今回の募集は、プロダクトポートフォリオマネジメントに属するローンチ&トランスファーグループのマネージャーです。

チームを率いて医薬品製造における新製品の生産体制確立と安定供給確保を中心とした施策について、計画/実施/管理を担います。

　・成田工場の戦略に基づき、医薬品製造における新製品に関する開発戦略を策定し実行する。

　・課題解決と目標達成のために、医薬品製造における技術的アプローチを含め最適な計画を提案し実行する。

　・プランニングから問題解決まで一貫したリーダーシップを発揮し、プロジェクトや取り組みを推進する。

　・プランニング、実行、報告に加えてプロジェクトの全体管理を行い技術的な試行や問題解決に取り組む。

　・目標達成のために成田工場内外の様々な部門と協力すると共に、リージョンやグローバルの関連部門とも連携して業務を円滑に遂行する。

*　　　・製薬企業での就業経験(5年以上)*

*　　　・医薬品の製造に関する法令の全般的な知識（薬機法、GMP、GMP関連通知、日本薬局方）*

*　　　・医薬品の製剤開発、処方改良及び製造技術移管に関する経験*

*　　　・医薬品の製造における製剤技術業務の経験*

*　　　・ピープルマネジメントの経験*

*　　　・クロスファンクショナルプロジェクトのリーダー経験*

*　　　　言語：日本語(ネイティブ)及び、技術分野における英会話　　　*

　　　・製剤技術及び包装技術に関する専門知識

　　　・製造原価計算に関する全般的な知識

　　　・会計の基礎知識（管理会計、財務会計）
