PNC Training Manager, Linga in Naples, Florida

Position Overview

As a Training Manager within PNC's Linga organization, you will be based in Naples, FL.

Employee will be required to be in the Naples office 5 days a week.

The Training Manager will understand the business operation and decision-making processes with a keen interest in producing targeted and tangible results. It will be important to lead cross-functional team efforts to produce product training materials, spanning from documents to videos and webinars for external and internal audiences. An ideal candidates will be innovative, strong decision-makers and outstanding facilitators of learning and change.

Strong knowledge in information systems/software, 2-4 years of Saas experience, Human Computer Interaction, multimedia content creation, project planning, change management, data analysis and research skills. Restaurant experience is a plus.

Job Description

  • Delivers and/or develops a variety of learning initiatives to employees within assigned business unit. Create and deliver continuing education materials and perform knowledge management inspection.

  • Delivers complex business or job-specific learning initiatives to attain business objectives and meet learners' needs. Partners with enterprise PNC University to review or develop learning materials and may independently develop materials as appropriate.

  • Establishes and maintains a learning environment to actively and freely promote learner engagement and participation. Activities required to execute and track continuing education initiatives.

  • Reviews learning materials in relation to organizational needs, learners' backgrounds and course objectives to ensure consistency of quality and accuracy of content; updates as appropriate. Ensures a variety of learning styles can be met by selecting appropriate methods and media for instructional delivery.

  • Evaluates employees' learning performance and related improvements. Liaises with employees, PNC University and the management team to facilitate learning activities.
