CBRE GWS is looking for an Area Manger based in Naples , the selected candidate will be assigned to an important client with some logistic sites in the south of Italy.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical & professional development of the team hard services team including competency assessments and training plans

  • To establish best practice to support new contract wins

  • Support critical incident response process.

  • Provide appropriate response to technical issues, including scoping of works and solutioning of technical issues.

  • Support the pro-active planning for client’s technical requirements

  • Ensure Authorized Person requirements are met across the contract through effective recruitment, training & development and regular assessment

  • Providing technical advice to the client on a variety of technical matters

  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with current and potential clients

  • Ensure that the technical operations comply with Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality regulations and policies and where possible exceed industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor/master’s degree in engineering

  • Proven experience in Hard service Management within FM contracts

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.

  • Ability to effectively present information.

  • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
