Job Description
An employer in the Naperville, IL area is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a direct-hire opportunity. This person will be working at a 400 bed main hospital for one of the largest health systems in the greater Chicago area. This person will be responsible for providing complex respiratory therapy treatment to patients and perform a variety of pulmonary function tests to provide data used in diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases or ailments. This will include interpreting physicians' order, obtaining pertinent patient information, as well as set up and monitor equipment regularly for proper functioning in order to accurately record therapy data in patient charts. The hospital has a level 3 NICU, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable rotating in ER, ICU, NICU, and regular floor therapy, or open to being trained in such. The positions are all nights, but have flexibility for 8s, 10s, 12s and part-time. Candidates are also eligible for a sign-on bonus up to 10k.

Skills and Requirements
RRT or proof of registry eligible status or CRT
Graduate from CoARC accredited program
Illinois RCP license within 6 months of hire
BLS certification
Open for nightshift RRT experience in ER, NICU, PICU, or ICU null
