Job Description
Danfoss is seeking a hands-on Qualification Lab Manager to join our team. You will work in a team-oriented environment and will have exposure to many different processes and tasks.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Managementof qualification team
Work in the qualification test field with planning, set-up, execution as well as evaluation ofelectrical and climatic tests on electronic components
The execution also includes checking the correctness of the setups and programming the test equipment.
Complete documentation of the tests as well as the results with evaluation (according tospecifications)
Determination and validation of electrical parameters (incl. statistics)
Independent modification or setup of test setups to obtain specific characteristics of the test items.
Electrical and mechanical setup of test setups in test and climatic chambers
Creating test reports
Maintain test equipment.
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
University degree (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
Fundamental knowledge about power electronic devices like IGBT, MOSFET, Thyristor, Diode
Fundamental knowledge about power electronic devices application like inverter, converter, buck, boost etc.
Extensive knowledge of power electric devices measurement techniques
Construction and measurement of assemblies according to circuit diagrams as well as the implementation of only systematically specified circuits.
Interpret measurement, inspection, and test results.
Dealing with standards and test specifications
Familiar with measurement equipment for power electronic applications like Scope
Develop and maintain related documentation to support RD, Production, Quality etc.
Basic knowledge of statistical analysis
Basic knowledge of parasitic properties of electrical structures.
Experience in handling voltages up to 2000V and currents up to 5000A.
