onsemi Staff Software Development Engineer in Nampa, Idaho
Job Summary:
onsemi is hiring a Software Development Engineer . You will enhance and support multiple software systems, applications, and components for image sensor device testing and data analysis in support of onsemi’s intelligent sensing product development and manufacturing. These distributed systems encompass semiconductor test data collection, processing, storage, retrieval, analysis, and interactive display. Web UIs display and report on wafer and die level test data. You will collaborate with worldwide users by supporting their requests. Our team focuses on creating software tools that streamline production device testing and improve many aspects of yield analysis – such as bin paretos, test efficiency analysis, data extraction, lot/device status, and out-of-control fault detection. ·
